Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 18, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and order-related issues are handled by Peptela.

General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the status of your intake, provider review, prescription approval, pharmacy processing, order fulfillment, shipping, and applicable service terms. Submitting payment does not guarantee approval for treatment. Provider review may be required before any treatment is approved.

Before Provider Review or Processing

If your order has not yet been reviewed, approved, prescribed, processed by a pharmacy, or fulfilled, you may contact support to request cancellation or refund review.

After Provider Approval or Pharmacy Processing

Once an order has been approved, prescribed, submitted to a pharmacy, compounded, processed, shipped, or fulfilled, refunds may be limited or unavailable. This is because medical, pharmacy, and fulfillment services may already be in progress or completed.

Denied or Ineligible Cases

If a licensed provider determines that treatment is not appropriate, we may provide a refund or alternative resolution depending on the status of services already rendered and any applicable consultation, processing, or administrative fees.

Subscriptions and Refills

Subscription or refill plans may renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout or in your account. You are responsible for cancelling or modifying subscriptions before renewal when applicable. Once a refill has been processed, approved, submitted to a pharmacy, or shipped, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

Shipping Issues

If an order is lost, damaged, delayed, or otherwise affected during shipping, contact support as soon as possible. Resolution may depend on carrier records, pharmacy policies, and order status.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to review billing concerns, order status, eligibility, and refund requests.

Peptela

The assessment made available on the Peptela website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and Peptela. Peptela, a network of US-licensed doctors that adhere to rigorous medical protocols designed for patient safety, has established exclusionary criteria to determine if an individual does not qualify for GLP-1s. The answers an individual provides to the Peptela assessment consequently determine if the individual is screened out of eligibility for GLP-1 medication, and a Peptela clinician will meet with an individual after checkout to determine if they qualify for a prescription. Peptela clinicians retain the decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1s to patients. Compounded GLP-1s are produced in FDA-regulated facilities. Although these facilities are highly regulated, the medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. The decision to use compounded drugs is guided by the licensed provider’s medical judgment, which is informed by a telehealth consultation and medical history. Peptela does not produce compounded medications, and individuals may receive medication that looks different than what is portrayed on the website.
