Telehealth Platform
Peptela operates as a telehealth platform that connects users with healthcare-related services, provider review, and related support. We do not guarantee that any individual will qualify for treatment, receive a prescription, or obtain a specific medication. Licensed medical providers are responsible for determining whether treatment is appropriate based on the information provided, applicable medical judgment, and clinical guidelines.
No Emergency Care
Our website and services are not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical care.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary. Any references to outcomes, testimonials, or customer experiences are not guarantees of results. Treatment eligibility, effects, side effects, timelines, and outcomes vary by individual.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of services or cancellation of an order.
Intake, Provider Review, and Prescriptions

Compounded Medications
Some medications or formulations may be compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Use of compounded medication is subject to provider review and pharmacy availability.
Payments and Billing
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for purchases, subscriptions, consultations, or related services selected through the platform. Pricing, billing frequency, and included services will be shown at checkout or in the applicable offer.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility may depend on the status of provider review, pharmacy processing, order fulfillment, and applicable policies. Once an order has been approved, processed, prescribed, shipped, or fulfilled, refunds may be limited or unavailable. Please contact support for assistance.
Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive email, SMS, phone, and other communications related to your inquiry, intake, account, checkout, provider review, order status, refill reminders, support, and related services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP and may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link where applicable.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

The assessment made available on the Peptela website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and Peptela. Peptela, a network of US-licensed doctors that adhere to rigorous medical protocols designed for patient safety, has established exclusionary criteria to determine if an individual does not qualify for GLP-1s. The answers an individual provides to the Peptela assessment consequently determine if the individual is screened out of eligibility for GLP-1 medication, and a Peptela clinician will meet with an individual after checkout to determine if they qualify for a prescription. Peptela clinicians retain the decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1s to patients. Compounded GLP-1s are produced in FDA-regulated facilities. Although these facilities are highly regulated, the medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. The decision to use compounded drugs is guided by the licensed provider’s medical judgment, which is informed by a telehealth consultation and medical history. Peptela does not produce compounded medications, and individuals may receive medication that looks different than what is portrayed on the website.
